Chelsea is an integral member of the NPA Finance Strategies team and plays a central role in guiding clients through the lending process.
She has more than 10 years of mortgage broking industry experience and more than 20 years of experience across residential real estate and property investment.
Chelsea works closely with clients, lenders and banks throughout the finance journey.
Her responsibilities include coordinating loan applications, managing documentation, liaising and negotiating with lenders, following up application requirements and keeping clients informed throughout each relevant stage.
Chelsea’s extensive industry experience allows her to anticipate potential issues, maintain momentum and help make the lending process as organised and straightforward as possible.
Her commitment to communication, client care and attention to detail makes her a highly valued and essential part of NPA Finance Strategies.
